Vinyasa Yoga with Maraha || Mon & Weds || 7:20am-8:20am

Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links movement and breath.  This practice will include plenty of strength and mobility for the whole body, targeting all muscle groups.  The starting point is often a variation of the sun salutation, but will expand on many different aspects of yoga, including inversions, arm balances, backbends, and cool down poses as well!  Some yoga experience is helpful.

Essential Yoga with Sarah || Mon & Weds || 10:40-11:40am

Build better balance in a multi-level class that emphasizes core strength, flexibility and whole-body fitness. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), mindfulness and listening to the body. Appropriate for all ages (14 and older).

Wake-Up Yoga with Sarah || Fridays || 7:20am-8:20am

Myofacial release and somatic integration are combined with a wide variety of multi-directional movement and yoga poses to build strength and resilience. This class offers a safe foundation for movement that wakes you up on multiple levels while making you stronger and more limber. All are welcome.

Restorative Yoga with Lauren* || Tuesdays || 5:30pm-6:45pm

Relax, renew and restore with just a few poses during this 75-minute class. On the floor, poses are held for 5 minutes or more with the aid of props that support your joints and allow muscles to release tension. Soothing music and expert guidance encourage you to let go of stress. Restorative Yoga is an excellent accompaniment to active workouts and does not require previous yoga experience.

Gentle Yoga with Hedyeh* || Thursdays || 5:30pm-6:45pm

If you want to calm and balance your body and mind, this slower-paced class utilizes props, fewer transitions, and a mindful approach for a smoother experience. Great for beginners and/or those who need a break from the fast pace of modern life. 75-minutes.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Hedyeh || Saturdays || 10:45am-12pm

A moderate-paced practice of standing, seated and supine poses that are held for 5-10 breaths and connected in a sequence that may start with sun salutations, but vary from there.  A welcoming and accessible class where beginners are encouraged and the experienced are challenged. 75-minutes.
