overlooked aspect of health and fitness. The average person over the
age of 25 loses nearly a half a pound of muscle every year. Loss of
muscle is an unavoidable part of the aging process. However, the rate
at which this loss occurs is affected by our activity level. Muscle
is important! It burns calories, it allows you to move; and
your joints are only as strong as the muscles that support and stabilize
them. Just 15-20 minutes of strength training, three times per week
