Pilates Mat

(We recommend you bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat.)  Pilates is a gentle and effective form of exercise and designed for all ages and physical capabilities.  Participants will be guided through an easy-to-follow workout to strengthen, tone, and reshape.   Movements combine with focused concentration and conscious flowing breath to provide a truly holistic approach that benefits both body and mind.
