Reiki – Jolene Westphal

Reiki is a Japanese Technique for stress reduction and relaxation which promotes healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. The word “Reiki” translates as “life force energy.” Reiki is based on the concept that energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low or impeded, then one is more likely to become ill or feel stress. If it is high, one is more capable of happiness and better health.

Jolene has been practicing Reiki since 2001, and completed her Reiki master training in 2008. She has worked with adults and children with chronic and acute health issues, sports injuries, emotional stress, depression, and cancer patients.

  • 60 minutes $60
