Somatics – Lila Browne

Hanna Somatics is a method of neuromuscular education that emphasizes sensory awareness. Through gentle movements, Somatics helps to reset the resting length of chronically contracted muscles. Somatics improves range of motion and can help relieve chronic pain, and is effective for people of all fitness levels.

Lila is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has completed her training as a Somatic Educator through the Novato Institute. Lila encourages a holistic approach to health and fitness, offering both hands-on private sessions as well as small group training sessions.

STOTT Pilates – Chizue Rudd

STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Co-founders Moira and Lindsay G. Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over two decades refining the STOTT PILATES method of exercise and equipment. This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and effective methods available. This clear and detailed approach forms the basis for STOTT PILATES training and certification programs. It’s used by rehab and prenatal clients, athletes, celebrities and everyone in between.

Four 30-Minute Sessions:    $94 per person       Eight 30-Minute Sessions:     $150 per person

Semi-Private Sessions (2 – 6 participants) Predetermined schedule

If you are new to STOTT PILATES, you must have a minimum of ONE private STOTT Pilates session with Chizue before joining a Semi-Private Group.

She will review the fundamentals and concepts of form and breathing to better prepare you for the more complex and satisfying group session.
