Hatha Yoga

(We recommend you bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat.)  A gentle 55-minute Hatha yoga class with guided and focused breathing designed to balance, strengthen, energize and soothe your body and mind. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time.
