We are now offering six challenging, effective, and gratifying multi-session courses, all of which are held in our former cycling studio. (That’s the room on your left as you enter the club.)
Our 6 courses are: Winter Conditioning (taught by Jon Atkins); Core Mat (with Chizue Rudd); Skinny Jeans (with Jane Gerlach); Circuit Basics (with Mundo Corrales); Circuit Intensive (with Lila Browne); and Better Balance (with Sara Birger).
Courses range from four to eight sessions, and sessions run from 30 minutes to one hour each. Ask for details at the Member Service Desk.
